A New Border
Relative to most urban gardens, the owner of this London
garden had lots of space to work with, albeit in elongated,
narrow form. Inappropriate and rather overgrown planting
along its sides had rendered the garden even narrower than
it actually was, and frustrated the efforts of its plant-loving
owner to grow anything new or delicate. The garden had in
reality become a glorified path to the shed at its far end,
pretty in its way but with little usable space...
